Memorial services for Billie Moses will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Shoals Baptist Church with Pastor Billy Irions and Ed Pisachubbee officiating.

Willie Louise “Billie” Moses was born November 17, 1933, in Biscoe, AR, to Charles and Minnie (Rogers) Nichols. She passed from this life November 25, 2015, in Grant, OK, at the age of 82. Willie lived in Hugo since 1995, after having lived in Las Vegas, NV and Hot Springs, AR for many years. She was a member of Shoals Baptist Church, and she enjoyed walking in Mt. Olivet Cemetery and doing crossword puzzles. Willie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert Nelson Moses, Sr.; two sisters, Becky Frier and Nina Shaw; and two brothers, Shorty (Clarence) Nichols and Charles Nichols.

She is survived by son, Albert Moses, Jr., of Elko, NV; daughter, Carol Reeves of Hugo, OK; brothers, Lloyd Nichols of Forest City, AR, and Raymond Nichols of Houston, TX; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews and all the friends who knew and loved her.
