Funeral services for Frances Langley will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 26, 2010 in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel with Rev. Wes Kimball and Rev. Kevin McClain officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Frances died Monday, February 22, 2010 in Hugo, Oklahoma at the age of 74. Frances Langley was born December 21, 1935 in Ardmore, Oklahoma, the daughter of Karl and Fannie Lee (Osborne) Kerley. She was raised in the Ardmore area and moved to Hugo in 1969. Frances worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Regional Education Service Center for over twenty years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she served as book keeper and played in the Bell Choir. Frances also enjoyed playing bridge with her friends. Frances was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother: Karl “Sonny”¯ Kerley II. Frances is survived by two daughters: Kelly Darst and husband Robert of Antlers, OK, Connie Shackelford of Hugo, OK; five grandchildren: Matthew Darst, Breanna Rosa, and Hayden Darst all of Antlers, OK, Brandan Rosa of Ada, OK, and Lauren Shackelford of Dallas, TX. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 25, 2010 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Chapel.
