Graveside services for Dewey Wayne Sims will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. in the Goodland Cemetery of Hugo, OK with Jim Collier officiating.

Dewey passed away on December 15, 2012, in Monroe, LA, at the age of 61. Dewey Wayne Sims was born April 13, 1951, in Hugo, OK the son of Earnest Dewey and Thelma Hortense (Still) Sims. He had lived in Louisiana since 1987. He enjoyed watching TV, cooking, working on game machines like pin ball and appliances. He took care of his parents until their death. Also he took care of Freida's brother during the last years of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Dewey is survived by his brother, John Sims of Onalaska, TX; sister, Jean Bellard of West Monroe, LA.
