Sandra Ruth Green the daughter of Ruffus Marion and Myrtle Lenoria (Ezell) Tolliver was born Feb. 8, 1953, in Muskogee, and departed this life on Aug. 26, in Tulsa, at the age of 59 years, 6 months, and 18 days.

Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Danny was the love of her life and her No. 1 hero. She never missed an opportunity to tell her daughters and granddaughters how blessed they'd be to find a man like him. She was very devoted to her church.

She was the pianist and she also sang in J.R.'s Rubberband. She enjoyed traveling with the band and playing and singing. The band was a big part of her and Danny's life and they both enjoyed the time they shared together with the friends they made at all the different places. Sandra touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; son, Zachary Dwight Green; brothers, Dwight Tolliver and Bob Tolliver; and her mother-in-law, Versie Lee Marie Clark.

She is survived by a loving family, which includes her husband, Danny Green, of the home; children, Dani Cheek and husband Dennis of Muskogee, Angela Merriman and husband Ricky of Muskogee, Stephanie Green of Tahlequah, Amber Bowling and husband Anthony of Welling, and Kylea Green of Welling; sister, Helen Hollifield and husband L.C. of Muskogee; sisters-in-law, Loretta Tolliver and Shirley Scott both of Welling; brothers-in-law, Jimmie Green and wife Cora of Muskogee, Joe Green and wife Becky of Crowley, Texas, and Ricky Martin of Muskogee; grandchildren, Samantha, Austin, Torie, Aubree, Zowie and Austyn. Many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
