Funeral services for Cherrie House, age 38, will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at Hart Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Don Nibblet officiating. Interment will follow at Caney Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.

Cherrie Lynn House was born July 13, 1970, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Larry Swimmer and Terri (Lang) Renfroe. She passed away on June 4, 2009, at her home in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 38 years, 10 months and 21 days.

Cherrie was married to Bill House and together they had four children, Joshua, Jonathan, Jessica and Jennifer. Cherrie was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed her role as a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Tahlequah and a proud member of the Cherokee Nation.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dick and Janice Lang and Lorraine Candy.

Those left to cherish her memory include her father, Larry Swimmer, of Tahlequah; her mother, Terri Renfroe, of Chouteau; her husband, Bill House, of the home in Stilwell; her children, Joshua Gilles, Jonathan House, Jessica Swimmer and Jennifer House, of Stilwell, three brothers, Richard Renfroe and wife, Mary, of Johnson City, TN, Russ Renfroe and wife, Lyndi, of Oliver Springs, TN and Jared Swimmer, of Miami, OK; three sisters, Michelle Flemming, of Sapulpa, Camille Curtis and husband, Shane, of Harrison, AR and Angela Swimmer, of Tahlequah, OK; father-in-law, Bill House, Sr. of California; stepdaughter Brandy Miller and husband, Jeff, of Salt Lake City, UT; two step grandchildren, Corbin and Madison Miller; two uncles, Charles Swimmer and wife, Nancy, of Tulsa, OK, Harry Lang and wife, Linda of Claremore, OK. Other survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
