Charles Richard Pack

Charles Richard Pack was born on August 3, 1937 in Cherokee County to John and Anna Mae Norvel. He passed from this life on January 8, 2017 at his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years, five months and five days.

 

Charles was married to Stella Davis in 1956 and to this union five children were born, Roy Davis, Lorene Davis, Darlene (Pack) Cooper, Larry Dale Pack and Danny Wayne Pack. Charles married Myrtle (Kirk) Pack in 1972 and to this union one child was born, Paula (Pack) Adams. In 1990, Charles married Gladys (Girdner) Pack.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Mae Norvel, two brothers, Jerry Pack and Haskell Pack and two sons, Larry Dale Pack and Danny Wayne Pack.

 

Charles is survived by one brother, Melvin Pack of Dry Creek, OK; three sisters, Louise Pack of Nowata, OK, Sue Deckard of Moody, OK and Patricia Pack of Catoosa, OK; two daughters, Darlene Cooper and husband, G.C. of Stilwell and Lorene Davis of Tahlequah, OK; one son, Roy Davis of Stilwell; seven grandkids, 13 great grandkids and one great-great grandson, as well as many other relatives and friends.

 

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Barber Cemetery with Bro. Bill Roundtree officiating. Final arrangements were entrusted to Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
