Elizabeth Anh Lewis, a Cushing resident, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2008 as a result of a car accident north of Cushing at the age of 37 years.
 
Anh was born on December 11, 1970 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to David Cox and Naomi (Hollingsworth) Cox.
 
She had most recently worked for Kentucky Fried Chicken.
 
In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, fishing and wrestling with her brothers.
 
She is survived by her children, Kayla Brantley of Lone Grove, Amber Brantley of Ratlif, and Brandon Brantley of Ratlif; father, David Cox of Paoli; two sisters, Julie Hill of Ardmore and Rachel Cox of Paoli; three brothers, David Cox, II of Cushing, Eddie Cox of Cushing, and Randy Hollingsworth; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
 
Anh was preceded in death by her mom Naomi and one infant brother.
 
Funeral services have been entrusted to the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing and will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2008 in the Oak Street Baptist Church in Cushing. Burial will be held in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Ardmore, OK at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2008.
