Fort Supply – Funeral for Eula C. Albers, 83, who died early Monday at her home in Fort Supply after a short illness, will be at 10:30 AM Thursday in the Methodist Church at Fort supply. The Rev. Ron Miller, pastor, and the Rev. Clarence Brinkley, minister of Fort supply Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will be at 3 PM Thursday in the Union City Cemetery at Union City with the Rev. Bob Kaffman, minister of Union City Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Stecher Mortuary, Woodward.

Mrs. Albers was born February 23, 1900, in Montgomery County, Illinois, and at the age of two moved with her parents to Nebraska. She and Adolph W. Albers were married October 15, 1921, at Tecumseh, Nebraska. He died in January 1948.

In 1935, the couple moved to May, Oklahoma, and in 1944 to Union City.

Mrs. Albers moved to Fort supply in 1973 where she was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Burgess, Fort supply, and Lilia Clark, Mustang; two sons, LeRoy Albers, Midwest City, and Herbert Albers, Buffalo; three sisters, Fairy Gillespie, Auburn, Nebraska, Helen Speroni, Stockton, California, and Geneva Calerick, Brock, Nebraska; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great – grandchildren.
