Joe Richard Helm, age 60, of Norman, OK died Feb. 23, 2007 in OKC, OK.

Mr. Helm was born July 12, 1946 in Anadarko, OK.

He was a member of St. Stephen's United Methodist Church of Norman.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Bernice Helm, and brother William Loren Helm.

He is survived by his daughters, Carolena Zachary and Lauren Helm; brother Robert T. Helm; sisters Judith Marble, Susan Drees and Sally Horton; and one granddaughter.

A private memorial service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
