Mildred Marie [Pack] Plaster

Mildred Marie Plaster, 77, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, May 18th, 2014 in Okla. City, OK. She was born on May 3, 1937 in Roswell, New Mexico to Minnie [Turney] and Cecil Pack, Sr.

She moved to Fort Cobb, Oklahoma at an early age. She graduated from Fort Cobb High School in 1955.

She married Troy Plaster on April 9, 1955 in Burkburnett, TX. Together, she and Troy owned and operated Plaster's Cafe and Plaster's Grocery Store.

In 1989 she became a Postmaster and in 1993 she became the Postmaster at Gracemont, OK. She retired from that position in March of this year.

Mildred was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fort Cobb, OK. She loved her family and was so proud to be a grandma and great-grandma. Sitting in her recliner and watching the hummingbirds was one of her favorite pastime.

She is survived by: 2 Daughters: Troy Gayle Walling, and her husband, Wade, of Wetumka, OK, Jo Lynne Wedel of Fort Cobb, OK, 3 Grandchildren and their spouses: Niki and Matt Hill, Tulsa, OK, Jamie and Shawn Nelson, Weatherford, OK, Wade and Brooke Walling, Mustang, OK, 5 Great-Grandchildren: Paisley and Hunter Nelson, Briar and Beau Walling, Drew Hill, Brothers and sisters-in-law: Tim and Susie Plaster, Fort Cobb, OK, Wilma Pack, Oney, OK, Joyce Pound, Fort Cobb, OK

She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Plaster, her parents; Minnie and Cecil Pack, Sr. 2 brothers; Cecil Pack, Jr. and Kenneth Pack.

Funeral Services: 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 22, 2014, First Baptist Church, Fort Cobb, OK

Officiating: Doug Turney, Rev. Matt Stewart

Interment: Oak Grove Cemetery, Fort Cobb, OK

Royce Ray Plaster

We will celebrate Royce Plasters life at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Bethel Baptist Church in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Rev. Glenn Alley will be officiating. Services are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Anadarko, Oklahoma.

Royce Ray Plaster went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He is now fishing on that lake God prepared for him, full of crappies.

Royce was born October 29, 1931 to Ray Plaster and Bessie Hamilton Plaster at Swan Lake, Oklahoma. He moved to Arizona as a child, then moved to Swan Lake at the age of 13. Royce ask God in his life at the age of 10, at the Swan Lake Baptist Church where he was baptized in Pete Powers Pond.

Royce went to Alfalfa Public School where he met the love of lhis life, Clay Arloweine McBride, his "Million Dollar Lady".

Royce drove a school bus. He took Clay on dates in the School bus. They were married December 24, 1949 in Watonga, Oklahoma. They made their home in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma. Where they were self-employed owners of Plasters Grocery and Station for 28 years. They also farmed and raised cattle. Royce and Clay moved from Fort Cobb to Fort Cobb Lake in 1984. They owned a boat and storage. Royce worked for the Fort Cobb Park Golf course for 16 years and retired in 1996. They moved from Fort Cobb to Anadarko in 2007.

Royce was on the Fort Cobb City Council from 1964-1975. He was on the Fort Cobb Fair Board and also Fort Cobb Volunteer Fire Fighter for 20 years, Royce loved to hunt and fish. His greatest love was for his family. He is a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, Clay Arloweine McBride Plaster of the Home, four daughters, Pam Dirickson and husband Ron of Springfield, MO, Dian Whaley and husband, Garry of Round Rock, TX, Debbie Green and husband, Jeff of Anadarko, OK and Donna Akin and Rick Carroll of Del City, OK. 14 grandchildren, Melissa Palazzolo and husband, Sal, Tammy Pruitt and husband, Kyle, Brandon Dirickson, Erin Stevens and husband, Mica, Jessica Price and husband, Ryan, David Akin and wife, Sarah, Candice Luttrell, Courtni Green and Tyson Martin and Tufton Green, 9 great- grandchildren, Kyle Pruitt, Kolten Pruitt, Roco Palazzola, Bella Palazzolo, Aubree Price, Kaci Stevens, Rylee Luttrell, Jacob Luttrell and Ava Martin, brother, Tim Plaster and wife, Sue, sister, Joyce Pounds, sister in law, Mildred Plaster, brother in law, Walter J. McBride and wife, Pat of Yukon, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, fishing buddies and Bethel Family.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Royce Plasters memory to Bethel Baptist Church in Anadarko, OK.
