Carol Ann Soatikee


Funeral services for Carol Ann Soatikee will be held at 2 p.m. today at Apache Reformed Church with Rev. Jeff Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Apache.

Ms. Soatikee died Thursday, Decmeber 20, 2007, in Lawton. She was born Jan. 9, 1942, in Phoenix, Ariz.

Carol was a member of the Fort Sill Apache Tribe and attended Apache Reformed Church. She was also a noted artist and art educator at Concho Indian School and Riverside Indian School and also taught Spanish at Riverside Indian School.

She is survived by a brother, Sam Eagleshield of Oklahoma City.
