Agnes M. [Stidham] Jones

Agnes M. Jones of Dalton, GA went to be with the lord on Sunday July 21, 2013, she was surrounded by her family.

Agnes was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all. She always had a smile on her face and never went without telling her loved ones how much she loved them. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She was born September 25, 1921 to Leonard and Lola [Dennis] Stidham in Wellington, TX.

She married Milton Blair Jones December 15, 1958 in Apache, OK He preceded her in death June 21, 1990.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Anadarko, OK, until moving to Dalton in 2008.

She is survived by:1 daughter and her husband, Mildred and Willie (Bill) Sage Rocky Face, GA,1 son-in-law, Gerry Ticer, Oklahoma City, OK, 1 step-daughter, Mary Ann Johnson, Oklahoma City, OK, 9 grandchildren, Bobby and wife, Gail Sage; Clifton and wife, Elaine Sage; Tommy Sage; Bryan and wife, Sheryl Denton; Tammy and husband, Verril Brewer; Carl Pyle Jr.; Ron and wife, Regina Pyle; Garlynn and wife, Connie Pyle; Barbara and husband, Dale Adams Numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband, Milton Blair Jones, 1 son, Charlie Wesley Darnell, 2 daughters, Dorothy Mae Ticer, Joan Elizabeth Denton, 1 son-in-law, Bobby Denton, 2 step-sons- Milton Jones, Johnny Jones 1 grandson, Jimmy Allen Denton

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 25th at 10:00 A.M. in the Crews Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Stinnett officiating . Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
