JoAnn [Kemp] Woods

JoAnn Woods was born October 13, 1942 in Cyril, OK to Levi Franklin and Ethel Sadie [Newport] Kemp. She passed away January 31st at her home in Cyril.

She married Gaylen L. Woods on March 9, 1961 in Cyril, OK. She worked for Delta Faucet on the assembly line for over 18 years until she retired. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Cyril.

JoAnn was a member of the Cyril Beautification Committee. She enjoyed antique and garage sale shopping and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by: Her husband, Gaylen, of the home, 1 Daughter and her husband - Debbie and Mike Etter Cyril, OK, 2 grandchildren - Jayden Etter and Chasity Etter, 7 great-grandchildren - Shaiyann Etter, Heather Etter, Kayden Etter, Ethan Etter, Walani Womack, Shayleigh Womack and Prince Womack, 1 sister and her husband - Barbara and Dale Sneed Anadarko, OK, Many nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by: Her parents, 1 brother - Jerry Kemp, 1 sister - Laverne Hunt

Services for Mrs. Woods will be held Friday, February 4th at 2:00 P.M. at the First Christian Church with Pastor Donnie Miller officiating and Pastor Delbert McCurley assisting. Burial will follow in Celestial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Cyril Funeral Home.
