LaCleta Ruedell [Ridley] Tant

SAND SPRINGS Memorial service for LaCleta Ruedell Ridley Tant, 80, Sand Springs, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, at Cyril Church of Christ in Cyril with Doug Graham, minister, Riverside Church of Christ, Burlington, officiating.

Mrs. Tant died Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at home surrounded by loved ones.

Family burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Celestial Gardens, Cyril.

She was born Aug. 31, 1937, in Cyril to George Ridley Sr. and Ruby Fraley Ridley. She married J. Marion Tant on Nov. 24, 1954, in Lawton. He died Feb. 1, 2004.

Cleta was best known for her cooking skills. She operated the Apache and Lawton sale barn cafes. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Survivors include her children: Lana [Wes] Crafts of Sand Springs and Karla [Tim] Wade of Byron; grandchildren: Tiffanie [Kevin] Hamm and J. Kyle [Jennifer] Crafts; stepgrandchildren: Rodney [Latisha] Wade, Ronnie Wade and fiance Mia Dickerson; great-grandchildren: Alex and Brooklyn Hamm, Isaiah and Abigail Crafts; stepgreat-grandchildren: Kaysen and Trinity Wade, Kayleigh Maness, Kyler and Kali Gardner and Weston Dickerson; a brother, George [Evelyn] Ridley Jr, Apache; several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
