Dee Chloe [Huffine] Stinnett
January 17, 1935 ~ February 25, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Dee Chloe Stinnett announces her passing, after battling a barrage of health concerns, on Sunday, February 25, 2018, at the age of 83 years young.

Dee Chloe will be forever remembered by her loving family for being everything from a Mother to a Grandma to a Dear Friend for an endless list of friends and neighbors where she and James had made their home in Enid, Oklahoma, since 1977.

Dee Chloe Huffine Stinnett was born one magical morning on January 17, 1935, south of Cement, Oklahoma, along with her identical twin sister, Ema Jo Huffine Nix, to Dee Huffine and Eula Spears Huffine.

Dee Chloe grew up in the small town of Cyril, Oklahoma, along with one brother and three sisters. She married the love of her life James Leo Stinnett on January 21, 1950, and to that union three children were born.

Dee Chloe enjoyed the Navy life with her husband James for nearly thirty years, traveling the world before retiring and settling down in Enid, Oklahoma.

Dee Chloe experienced many things in her life including her love for lap dogs (Troy, Benny, Missy, Sam, Chancy, just to name a few) who loved to be hand-fed and cared for in the most loving way. Some of the dogs would take a finger off if you got to close to Mom, but we all loved them just as much as Dee did. Dee Chloe and James have collected lots of things in their travels and have left a heck of a lot of stuff their kids are not quite sure what to do with including a very large collection of nutcrackers and numerous boxes full of national geographic magazines dating back to the sixties.

Dee Chloe is preceded in death by her parents, along with her twin sister Ema Jo Huffine Nix of Cyril, OK, and one brother Alton Huffine of Sherman, TX. Dee Chloe was also proceeded by her loving husband James Stinnett in 2004, after 54 years of marriage at the time of his death.

Dee Chloe is however survived by her son Jimmie Stinnett and wife Julie of Lonoke, Arkansas; daughter Dee Ann Bell and Roy Dodds of Patrick Springs, Virginia; and son Fulton Stinnett and wife Kathleen of Altus, Oklahoma. Grandchildren, John and Melissa Stinnett and great-grandchildren Bailey, Brooke and Faith, of Ogden, Utah. Devon Stinnett of Jacksonville, Arkansas. Tracy and Floyd Potter, and great-grandchildren Alex, Kaleb and Addie of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Brian and Jenny Bell and great-grandchildren, Aidan, Drake and Matthew of Scranton, South Carolina. Also surviving are her dear sisters, Jima Lou Huffine Gray of Cyril, Oklahoma, and Pat Huffine Mullenix of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and lots of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

A meet-and-greet is 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018, at the Assembly of God Church at 321 US Hwy 277 in Cyril, Oklahoma, followed by a graveside Memorial Service starting approximately 2:00 p.m. at Celestial Gardens south of Cyril Oklahoma on Hwy 277.

Those who so desire to make a memorial donation in memory of Dee Chloe, the family asks that your gift of support be made to your local Hospice Organization.

The family would also like to thank all the great care givers whom we consider dear friends with their help and kindness in taking care of both James and Dee Chloe in there hour of need when the Lords' Angels came to reunite them both in Gods glorious Heaven.
