Birdie S. [Jarnagin] Senter

Senter Rites Held at Cyril.

Funeral services for Mrs. Birdie Senter, 78, of Cyril were held August 23 in the First Baptist church of Cyril. Mrs. Senter died August 20 in a Weatherford hospital following a lengthy illness.

Rev. Frank Fincher, pastor of the church, Rev. David Blalock, pastor of the First Baptist church at Eakly, and Rev. Charles Abney, pastor of the Pentecostal Holiness church at Cyril, officiated. Burial was in Celestial Gardens cemetery.

A member of the first Baptist church, Mrs. Senter was born September 22, 1898 in Wanette. Her husband, Frank Senter, preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Donice Brogan of Colony; four brothers, Bob and Lawrence Jarnagin of Carnegie; Jay Jarnagin of Anadarko and Harvey Jarnagin of Oklahoma City, and three sisters, Mrs. Modean Hamlin of Newkirk, Mrs. Dot Lambord of Oklahoma City and Mrs. Hazel Stalder of Cyril.
