Larry Dale Pierce

Larry Dale Pierce, age 53, died on Sunday, July 1, 2007 in Cement, Oklahoma.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at the First Baptist Church in Cement, Oklahoma.

Burial will follow at the Celestial Gardens Cemetery in Cyril , Oklahoma. David Treadaway will officiate.

Pallbearers are Floyd Pierce, Charlie Pierce, Ronald Pierce, William Pierce, James Anthony, and Terry Brown.

Honorary Pallbearers are W.L. Layton, Bill Chiles, and Gene Day.

Larry was born on October 17, 1953 in Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma to Raymond Pierce and Peggy [Franklin] Pierce.

He was a Field Representative for MI Swaco. Larry loved to fish, and most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy Pierce of Cement, Oklahoma; one daughter, Kelly Layton and husband, Brian of Pocasset, Oklahoma; four brothers, Charlie Pierce and wife, Sherrill of Cement, Oklahoma, William Pierce and wife, Sherry of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Ronald Pierce of Wilburton, Oklahoma, and Floyd Pierce of Cement, Oklahoma; one sister, Barbara Free and husband, Ronald of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Brayden Layton, and McKenzie Layton, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond Pierce, and one sister-in-law, Barbara Pierce.
