Wayne Lynn Bartlett

Wayne Lynn Bartlett, 52, passed away on Sept 9, 2017 from a heart attack while at work doing one of his favorite things, sleeping.

Wayne was born Nov. 27, 1964 in Lawton Oklahoma to Walter "Pee Wee" Bartlett Sr. and Wanda Leavern Bartlett.

Wayne Loved Life. He loved his family and large circle of friends. He loved his work. Wayne never met a stranger and always had a smile and loved to laugh.

Wayne leaves behind his favorite wife and best friend Marie Alison Bartlett and their much loved young daughters Shelby and Sierra Bartlett of Davis, Oklahoma, and his beloved adult daughter and best friend, Krisha Bartlett of Anadarko.

He's outlasted by his mother Wanda Bartlett of Cyril; brother, Walter Bartlett II of Tishomingo; sister, Wilma Sexton of Apache and grandson Cannon Clark, of Anadarko.

He's now with his Dad, "Pee Wee" and nephew Nolen Sexton.

Please join us Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Cyril Oklahoma. The viewing (closed casket) will begin at 10:00 AM followed by lunch at Noon and his memorial service at 2:00 PM with his close friend, Travis Stankorb, officiating. Burial will follow in Celestial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Cyril Funeral Home. Wayne will have his hard hat and we ask you to wear yours.

We ask in lieu of flowers we have opened a college savings account for Shelby and Sierra at Liberty National Bank in Elgin OK. Please contact David Dezell at the bank.
