Marie [Taylor] Evans

Marie Evans, 67 of Binger, Oklahoma, departed this life on Saturday, May 14, 2005 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

She was born June 26, 1937 to Glen and Edna M. [Callahan] Taylor in Apache, Oklahoma. Marie was united in marriage to Freeman Evans.

She worked at Wal-Mart for several years. Marie enjoyed doing crafts, going camping and was an avid reader.

She was a member of the Oney Baptist Church.

Marie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by: her husband, Freeman Evans of Dill City, OK; two sons; Leroy Glen Evans of Lindsay, OK, and David Leon Evans of Dill City, OK; two daughters: Carla Fay Ramirez of Clinton, OK and Edna Gail Hoffman of Chickasha, OK; her mother; Edna M. Taylor of Binger, OK; 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two brothers: Donald Taylor of Dibble, OK and Odis Taylor of Fort Cobb, OK and Paula Bare of Gracemont, OK.

She is preceded in death by her father, Glen Taylor, one brother, Dale Taylor and one son, Buddy Evans. Services at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 17, 2005 at Oney Baptist Church in Oney, OK.

Rev. Jimmy Prickett and Rev. Kurt Bloomstast will be officiating.

Burial will follow in th Albert Cemetery in Albert, OK, under the direction of the Fort Cobb Funeral Home in Fort Cobb, OK.
