Dayle Trautman age 65 of Calera, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 in Durant. Dayle was born on March 3, 1954 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Ephraim and Ethel Marjorie DeJung Trautman.

Dayle moved to Bryan County 24 years ago from Dallas, TX and worked as a truck driver for Hausners Storm Shelters for many years. He was a member of the Scorpion Motorcycle Club in Dallas and he enjoyed fishing, watching movies and wrestling, collecting guns and knives, camping and truck driving. Dayle dearly loved his family and friends.

Dayle is survived by his children, Janie Smother and husband Seth, Jeri McGinty, Dustin Trautman, Darrien Trautman, Regina Davis, Leslie Davis and wife Christine, Thomas Trautman and wife Jamie, Destiny Trautman, Harmony Trautman, Jacob Trautman and Virginia Torres and husband Donny; ex wife Sandra Trautman; sisters, Sandra Ladd and husband Lester and Ruth Trautman; brother, Steven Trautman; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way.

Dayle was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frederick and Larry Trautman and sisters, Linda Slapnicka and Betty Witherwax

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 25, 2019 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Pastor Heath Oliver will officiate. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Calera with Ricky Davis, Leslie Davis, Thomas Trautman, Greg Mitchell, Caleb Mitchell and Toby Garner serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6-8 PM. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownfuneralservice.com.
