Lois Wanda Thompson Skaggs, 71, of Durant, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday morning October 16, 2008, at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma in Durant. She was born August 14, 1937, in Durant, and was the daughter of the late Ad and Alma Thompson.

She attended Durant Schools and lived in Bryan county most of her life.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Roberta Thompson and Ola Fay Cubley, three brothers, Junior, Audrey and Elmerly Thompson and a granddaughter, Amber Williamson.

She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Little and her husband Gene of Carrollton, Texas, and Pamela Williamson and her husband Steve of Armstrong, Oklahoma; sister, Imogene Smith of Silo, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Christie Gray and her husband DeMario, Stephenia Harper and her husband Shane, Christopher Little, Eric Little, Kaleb Williamson, Mathew Little and Micaah Williamson, great-grandchildren, Madison, DeMario and DeMarco Gray, Rylon, Cheyenne and Tatum Harper and MaKayla Gray. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Lois Skaggs will be 10:00 a.m. Monday morning October 20, 2008, in the Cunningham Funeral Chapel in Caddo with Reverend Monty Wood officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Calera, Oklahoma. Pallbearers will be Mario Gray, Christopher Little, Kaleb Williamson, Micaah Williamson, Eric Little and Mathew Little.

Family hour will be from 3:00 - 4:00 Sunday afternoon at Cunningham Funeral Home in Caddo.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Cunningham Funeral Home in Caddo, Oklahoma.
