Carolyn Reynolds a resident of Durant, Oklahoma passed from this life into the arms of her Savior on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the age of 78 years 7 months and 10 days. She was born in Pargould, Arkansas to Otis and Gladys (Cole) Eubanks on Thursday, January 31, 1935.

Carolyn Eubanks married Albert Reynolds in Flint, Michigan on Saturday, June 30, 1951. Carolyn and Albert moved from Flint, Michigan in 1951. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Durant, Oklahoma. Carolyn was the Executive Director of Reynolds and Associates in Durant, Oklahoma for many years. She was a member of the Eastern Star and Home Builders Association. Carolyn was creative by nature and she enjoyed painting and poetry. But the most important thing in her life was the time she spent with her family.

Mrs. Reynolds is survived by her husband, Albert Reynolds of Durant, Oklahoma; son, Terry Reynolds and wife Stormy of Durant, Oklahoma; daughter, Cathy Bright and husband Dwaine of Forney, Texas; son, Steve Reynolds and wife Sandra of Durant, Oklahoma; son, David Reynolds and wife Donna of Durant, Oklahoma; daughter, Lane Grant and husband Joe Hollis of Satellite, Florida; sisters, Willa Dean Moore and husband Don of Durant, Oklahoma and Marty Ferrell and husband Casey of Burton Township, Michigan; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Reynolds was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Gladys Eubanks; son, Dennis Michael Reynolds; twin daughters, Linda and Brenda Reynolds; brother, Otis (N.R.) Eubanks.

Family Hour will be from 7-8:00 PM Thursday, September 12, 2013 at the Holmes ~ Coffey ~ Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A Funeral Service in her memory will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, September 13, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Durant, Oklahoma with Rev. James Robinson officiating. Interment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Calera, Oklahoma. Serving as pallbearers will be Aaron Sheffield, Jeremy Reynolds, Mathew Reynolds, Ryan Reynolds, Ty Reynolds, Lee Watt, Carl Reese and Kyle Hazell.
