Keith Beaubien, 57, of Durant, was born on September 11, 1952, in Durant, Oklahoma to William Houston and Nellie Everett Beaubien and died on October 19, 2009, in Denison, Texas.

Keith married Regina Ward on March 30, 1979, in Calera, Oklahoma.

He was a lifelong resident of Durant and Bryan County and has worked for Fisher Control in Sherman, Texas, for the past 29 years.

Keith attended and graduated from Calera Public School and then proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

He was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, working at his home and farm.

Keith's greatest joy of all was spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Keith will be greatly missed by all who knew and dearly loved him.

Keith was preceded in death his parents, Houston and Nellie Beaubien; brothers, Leon, Leonard, Kenny and Dewayne Beaubien and sister-in-law, Wanda Beaubien.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife, Regina Beaubien of the home; children, Stacy Jones and Jamie Winn of Farris, Oklahoma, Monett Gordon and husband Collin of Durant, Oklahoma, and Brian Beaubien of Durant, Oklahoma, grandchildren, Libby Jones, Scout Jones, Cora Gordon and Gracie Beaubien; sisters, Vanitia Cook and husband Johnny of Combine, Texas, Sandra Duncan of Calera, Oklahoma, and Elaine McGehee and husband Troy of Calera, Oklahoma, brothers, Larry Beaubien and wife Toni of Denison, Texas, and Doyle Beaubien of Colbert, Oklahoma, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Keith's life will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2:00 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Roy Vinson officiating.

Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Calera.

Pallbearers will be nephews, Jimmy Ward, Earl Ward, Steven Potts, Joey Hobbs, Kayle Ward and Michael McGehee. Honorary pallbearer will be Steve Hiser-Ward.

This is no family hour scheduled but the funeral home will be open until 8:00 p.m. for viewing.
