Graveside services will be held Friday, January 5, 2007, at 1:00 p.m., at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., in Bakersfield, CA, for Gary Lee Rhodes, 61, of Achille, OK, who died suddenly after a short bout with cancer in Dallas, TX.
Gary was born December 6, 1945, in Bakersfield, CA to parents, Dusty and Freida Rhodes and is preceded in death by both of his parents.
Gary is survived by his wife, Cindy; sons, Gary Jr., Michael Rhodes; daughter, Breanna Porter; three stepchildren, Michelle and Henry Miller, Pam and Phil Brookings, Keith and Barbara Knight;
and they shared 14 grandchildren, Andrew and Brooklynn Rhodes, Tiffany, Heidi and Gary Rhodes, Jordan, Justin and Jasmine Vasquez, Taylor, Beth, Tori and Maggie Brookings and Christopher and Nathan Knight.
