He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Donna; his children, Charles Jr. and
wife, Terri, Wanda and husband, Robert Castro, David and wife, Marianne,
Elaine and husband, Greg Worthy; his grandchildren Seth Edwards, Meagan Gagliardini
and husband, Mike, Steven Church, Michael Church and wife, Leah, Samantha and
David Church, Joshua and Jacob Worthy, and Anna Castro; his great grandchild,
Emily Church; his sisters, Vera Zarzana, Shirley Sullivan and husband, Bill;
his brother, James Church and wife, Penny; his sister-in-law, Alice. He is
preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Henry and John, and son, Andrew.
We will miss you until we are together again in Heaven.
Visitation will be Monday, June 14, 2004 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at
Arvin Funeral Home, 600 Tucker St., Arvin. Service will be held at 10:00 a.m.,
Tuesday, June 15, 2004, at United Pentecostal Church in Arvin with graveside
following at Arvin Cemetery.
