Calvin Eugene "Gene" Lilley

MEAD, Okla. - Calvin Eugene "Gene" Lilley, 79, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, in Denison, Texas.

Services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Mead Baptist Church with the Rev. Kerry Groce officiating. Burial was in Mead Cemetery by Brown's Funeral Service of Durant.

Mr. Lilley was born March 1, 1922, in Durant. He married Mary Jo Bruce on Jan. 30, 1946, in Durant.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, Bruce Lilley of Shawnee, Mark Stephen Lilley of Borger, Texas, Joe David Lilley of St. Louis, Mo., and Monte Glen Lilley of Sunray, Texas; two daughters, Teresa Mounts of Borger and Denise Andrus of Breckenridge, Texas; a brother, Boyd Lilley of Durant; a sister, Vella Adams of North Ridge, Calif.; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
