Wanda Lafaye Seay Partnoy

Wanda Lafaye (Seay) Partnoy, age 85, passed away on November 7, 2021. Wanda was born on April 11, 1936, in Matoy, Oklahoma to Beatrice Seay and Winnie (Yeats) Wigley. After graduating high school, she attended college at University of Central Oklahoma, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Breadloaf School of English in Vermont, earning her master’s in education. Wanda enjoyed writing and painting.

She is preceded in death by her parents Beatrice and Winnie Seay.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Robert Wilcox Partnoy of Vermont. Her sons Robert M. Isenberger of Lockney, Texas, Kevin Zachary Sweeney, and wife Robin of Plainview, Texas. Her grandchildren Morgan Sweeney and Duncan Sweeney and great-granddaughter Memphis Sweeney are all of Plainview, Texas.

Graveside services are set for Monday, November 22, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Maytoy Cemetery in Maytoy, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service of Durant. Online condolences can be made at www.BrownsFuneralService.com
