Robert Wilcox Partnoy

January 27, 1932 - February 7, 2023

Robert Wilcox Partnoy, age 91, passed away on February 7, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas. Robert was born on January 27, 1932, in Norwalk, Connecticut, to Maurice and Ethel Partnoy. Robert attended The Breadloaf School of English in Vermont and acquired his master’s degree in Law at The Chicago School of Law. He Practiced Law as a Broadcasting attorney in New York. He was a member of The First Episcopal Church in Huntington, New York. He proudly served in the United States Navy. Robert enjoyed playing the piano, violin, and saxophone. Robert was married to the love of his life Wanda LaFaye (Seay) until her passing in 2021.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents Maurice Partnoy and Ethel Marguerite ( Roselle) Partnoy, and his wife Wanda Lefay (Seay) Partnoy.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons Robert M. Isenberger of Lockney, TX, Kevin Zachary Sweeney, and wife Robin of Plainview, TX. His grandchildren Morgan Sweeney of Plainview, Texas and Duncan Sweeney of Memphis, Tennessee, and Brother Ron Partnoy of New London, Connecticut.

Graveside services are set for March 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Maytoy cemetery in Maytoy, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown's Funeral Service, Durant. Online condolences can be made ar www.brownsfuneralservice.com
