Joe T. Reed, age 83, passed away on January 16, 2020 in Durant, OK. Joe was born on January 1, 1937 to William Burl Reed and Imagene Mae (McBroom) Reed in Duncan, OK. After graduation Joe served in the Army National Guard. Joe was a member at Roberta Baptist Church and loved being a Cattleman.

Joe is proceeded in death by his parents William and Imagene Reed and his brother Robert R. Reed

He is survived by his sisters Nancy Reed of Dallas, TX., Imagene Smith of Tulsa, his sons Randy Reed of Cheyenne, WY and Scott Reed of Stiegler, OK., Nephew Tommy Smith and wife Rhonda of Tulsa, OK., his companion Barbara Summerlin of Durant, OK., his chosen sister Cynthia Rossiter of Mesquite, TX. Jo also leaves behind three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services are Monday January 20, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Browns Funeral Service, Durant with Graveside services to follow at Highland Cemetery, Durant Services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, Durant. Online condolences can be made at www.brownsfuneralservice.com
