Eulalia D. Kunkel a resident of Grand Prairie, Texas passed from this life in Grapevine, Texas on Wednesday January 24, 2018 at the age of 87. She was born in Durant, Oklahoma on March 18, 1930 to T.A. and Nellie (Bacon) Dorsey. Eulalia married Bobby Joe Kunkel in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1964.

Eulalia was a graduate of the Durant High School and Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. She was employed by LTV Corporation as a recruiter for their Human Resources Department.

Mrs. Kunkel is survived by her nephews, Dick Lambden of Colleyville, Texas, Gary Ellis of Austin, Texas, and James Dorsey of Upland, California; and nieces, Jan Millsap of Springdale, Arkansas, Debbie Scacewater of Joplin, Missouri, Glenda Cunningham of Ranger, Texas, and Cathy Bush of Ranger, Texas.

Mrs. Kunkel was preceded in death by her parents, T.A. and Nellie Dorsey; sisters, Lollie Deryden, Gwendolyn Stewart, Billie Francis Gosset, and Edith Ellis; and brother, James Dorsey.

A chapel service will be at 2:00 PM on January 29th at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel in Durant, Oklahoma with Rev. John Breon officiating. Burial will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Durant, Oklahoma.
