Ronald Lynn Haynie, a resident of Durant, Oklahoma, beloved son, and family member, met his Savior in Durant, Oklahoma on November 29, 2017 at the age of 59. He was born on June 12, 1958 in Durant, Oklahoma to Weldon Keiller and Jocyle (Baldwin) Haynie, Jr.

Ronald was a dedicated servant of this Lord Jesus Christ, he loved serving his church family as an officer, and board member of the 1st Christian Church in Durant. He worked in sales, graduated from the Farmington High School in New, Mexico, and earned a bachelor degree form Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant.

Mr. Haynie is survived by his parents, Keiller and Jocyle Haynie of the home; aunt, Darlene Comans of Poteau, Oklahoma; uncles, John and Bill Haynie both of Durant, Oklahoma; and many cousins, and friends.

Haynie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. W.K. Haynie, of Durant, Oklahoma, and Mr. and Mrs. O.D. Baldwin of Wister, Oklahoma.

A church service will be held at 10:00 AM Monday December 4, 2017 at the 1st Christian Church in Durant, Oklahoma with Rev. Andy Shelton officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Dale McClain, Daniel Ragle, John Redman, Mike Ridgeway, Steve Cox, and Steve Shepard.
