Leona M. Daniels of Durant, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, December 26, 2010 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 95 years, 6 months and 1 day. She was born July 25, 1915 in Durant, Oklahoma to Lot and Lula (Conn) Ladd. Leona was a member of the Church of Christ. She worked in the banking industry as a bank teller.

A graveside services for Leona will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2010, Highland Cemetery Chapel, Durant, Oklahoma with Rev. Dan McLemore officiating.

Mrs. Daniels was preceded in death by her parents Lot and Lula Ladd; husbands, Lonnie Factor and Mike Daniels; half-brother, Houston Ladd; brother, Chester Ladd; sisters: Jesse Ladd, Alta Harris, Eva Erwin, Marie Chastain, and Mildred Ladd.

Leona is survived by her nephew, Dr. George Ladd and wife Norma of Muskogee,Oklahoma; step-grandchildren, MaryShawn Jones of Sherman, Texas, Laurie Taber of Sherman, Texas and Scott Daniels of Howe, Texas.
