Jimmie Oscar Nail age 89 passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 in Sherman, TX. Jimmie was born on June 25, 1930 in Caddo, OK to David Oscar and Nell (Sergeant) Nail.

Jimmie served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War and later married Mary Ann Fischer in 1955 in Germany. They later moved to Caddo to begin their life together. Together they owned and operated J&A Peanut Co. and Jimmie later owned JOA Inc. until his retirement. Jimmie was a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and he enjoyed fishing, and he would buy, sell and trade for anything

Jimmie was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Mary Ann Nail; parents, David and Nell Nail and sisters, Gloria Welter and Carolyn Sewell.

Jimmie is survived by is children, JoAnn Rush and John D. Nail and wife Rhonda; grandchildren, Jeff Rush, Kim Rush and Logan Nail and wife Shannon; 4 great grandchildren and one on the way.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Gethsemane Cemetery in Caddo, OK. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
