Rosie Lee Head 95, of Colbert, Oklahoma passed away Friday February 16, 2018 at Southern Pointe Living Center in Colbert with her family at her side. She was born February 25, 1922 in Wapanucka, Oklahoma to Samuel and Maggie Tharp Wall. She attended Achille, OK. schools and married William Head July 17, 1941 in Colbert., Okla.

He preceded her in death on May 21, 2013 and was also preceded in death by her Parents, Son Charles Head, Grandson Jeff Baxter, two Granddaughters Annette Perryman and Lisa Head. Brother Earl Wall and Sister Adeline.

She had been a cook at the Calera and Colbert nursing homes for over 20 years before retirement.

Surviving are Four Daughters Pauline Perryman and husband Don of Achille, OK. Janis Reasnor of Colbert, OK. Becky Bechtol of Durant, OK. and Barbara Baxter of Tishomingo, OK. Nine Grandchildren, Numerous Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews.

A Graveside Service for Rosie Head will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon February 20, 2018 at the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Colbert with Leon Veasey officiating.

The register book may be signed and condolences sent to the family online @ cunninghamfuneralhomesok.com.
