Richard Dale Henry

Richard Dale Henry, age 55, a lifelong Caney, OK resident, was born on Tuesday, December 7, 1965, to William Franklin and Dessie (Phillips) Henry, at Durant, OK. Richard passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Durant, OK. He graduated from Caney High School in 1984. Richard was an Equipment Operator in construction. Richard proudly served his country in The National Guard. Richard was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed fishing, dancing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with family especially his grandkids.

Richard is survived by his mother, Dessie (Phillips) Henry of Caney, OK; children, Billy Henry and Kendra Clark of Caddo, OK, Kevin Henry and wife Destany of Bentley, OK, MyKayla Grist and husband Jacob of Durant, OK, Jessica Kennemer and family of Quitmin, TX; grandchildren, Maddox, Dalee and Dane Henry, Kevin and Kyla Kennemer; brother, Terry Henry of Caney, OK; sisters, Martha Henbest of Caney, OK, Peggy Weger and husband Allan of Caney, OK, Rita Woolf and husband Eugene of Caney, OK; mother of his children, Carla Palmer of Calera, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and host of friends.

Richard was preceded in death by his father, William Franklin Henry; brothers, Silas Gilbert Henry, Dennis Blair.
