Lesa Ann Green of Durant, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, September 2, 2011 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 45 years, 8 months, 22 days. She was born on Friday, December 10, 1965 in Durant, Oklahoma to Jack and Hazel (Yates) Hedgecock. Lesa was a member of Victory Life Church in Durant, Oklahoma.

She enjoyed watching the pastor on television. She was also a member of the ASPCA. She loved to sing, cook and fish. Lesa was a very giving person with a big heart. She loved her family very much and will be missed by all of those she loved and who loved her. Lesa was a caregiver who loved to help and enjoyed her family and friends. She will be forever missed.

She is survived by her mother, Hazel Hedgecock of Durant, Oklahoma; daughter, Amanda Turner of Durant, Oklahoma; son, Adam Brown of Durant, Oklahoma; brothers, Jackie Hedgecock of Denison, Texas and Roger Hedgecock of Bokchito, Oklahoma; sisters, Mary Zoucha of Omaha, Nebraska Carol Lawhorn of  Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and Linda Harris of Durant, Oklahoma.

Lesa was preceded in death by her father, Jack Hedgecock; nephew, Michael Wayne Hedgecock.

Family Hour will be 6-7 p.m. Monday, September 5, 2011 at Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel. Services will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home, 121 N. 5th, Durant, with Rev. Robbie Moore officiating. Interment will follow at the Bokchito Cemetery, Bokchito, Oklahoma. Serving as pallbearers will be family members.
