Wendell A. (Bill) Greathouse went home to be with The Lord Jesus Christ on December 24, 2013. Bill was born January 17, 1925. Bill leaves behind his wife of 71 years, Francile M. Greathouse, his son Gary Greathouse, four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

After many years in the cotton gin business, he returned to his home to raise cattle. He was a generous man whose word was his bond.

We who remain are poorer without him and he is missed.

A Graveside service in honor of Mr. Greathouse’s memory will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 27, 2013 at the Bokchito Cemetery in Bokchito, Oklahoma with his son Gary Greathouse officiating.

Family and friends may send online condolences and view tributes at www.holmescoffeymurray.com.

Services are under the direction of Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home, Durant, Oklahoma.
