The funeral for Arlevia Heinze Hoffman, 89, of Okeene, will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008, at St. John's United Church of Christ, Okeene. Dr. Harold Hatt will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery , Okeene. Arrangments are by Wilkinson Mortuary, Okeene.

She was born Dec. 14, 1918, in Cuates, N.M., to Alexander and Amelia Weismiller Heinze and died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008, at Summit Living Center, Okeene.

She married Harvey Hoffman April 4, 1936, in Enid. They farmed in the Okeene area. He died in September 1989. She then moved into Okeene. She and her sister hung wallpaper for several years. She worked at Okeene Drug Store. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Women's Guild and Okeene Senior Citizens.

Surviving are one sister, Emma Hooker of Okeene.

In addition to her husband, Harvey, she was preceded in death by four sisters.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to St. John's United Church of Christ.
