Roger Lee Henson

Jun 07, 1900 ~ Nov 28, 1980

Fairview – Funeral service for Roger Lee Henson, 80, will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday in Homestead Bible Church, with the Rev. Zane Richardson officiating.

Burial will be in Homestead Cemetery.

Fairview Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Born on June 7, 1900, in Isabella, Henson married Gladys Horton on July 17, 1924 in Fairview.

A farmer, he spent his entire life in the Isabella area, moving to Fairview in 1946.

He is survived by his wife, of the home; two sons, Ramon L., Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Bob, Isabella; one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Carol) Allsman, Columbia, Missouri; three sisters, Mrs. Luther (Anna) Horton, Owassa, Grace Hendricks, Owassa, and Mrs. Leslie (Rose) Davison, Fairview; nine grandchildren and four great – grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by her parents and a half brother.
