Kenneth W. Jantzen
(October 2, 1943 - February 5, 2016)

Graveside services for Kenneth W. Jantzen, 72, of Canton, OK will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Canton Cemetery with Steve Driskill officiating. Services are under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton.

Kenneth Wayne Jantzen was born October 2, 1943 at Canton, OK to Jacob and Katie (Leis) Rauh - Jantzen. He departed this life on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Seiling, OK. Kenneth grew up in the Canton area and graduated from Canton High School with the class of 1961. He served in the United States Air Force from January of 1963 until January of 1967. He enjoyed flying, trap shooting and farming with his family. Kenneth competed at trap shoots around the state and was a member of the Oklahoma Trap Association.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Melvin Rauh, Arley Rauh, Jr., Alvin Rauh and Donald Rauh; Survivors include three children, daughter Katrina Jantzen of Edmond, OK, daughter Jennie Brandon and husband Bryon of Edmond, OK and son John Jantzen of Oklahoma City, OK; two grandchildren, Kristen and Jantz Brandon of Edmond, OK; sister Mayola Jantzen and husband Ruben of Okeene, OK, brother Teddy Jantzen and wife Joyce of Canton, OK and sister Adalia Evans of Osage Beach, MO; and many nieces and nephews; The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 - 8:00 p.m. Monday evening. Memorials may be made to the Boy Scout Post #177 (Kenneth's grandson's scout troop) with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 36, Canton, OK 73724.
