Billie Marie Buck
(December 2, 1913 - February 18, 2008)

Billie passed away on February 18, 2008. She was born December 2, 1913 in Mena, Arkansas to William D. and Ferdie (Whisenant) Allen. She married Willard T. Buck January 30, 1934. She is survived by two daughters, Harriett Jane Sears and husband John, and Willa Jean Seifert and husband Carl. She had six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Billie’s passion was music. After graduating from Mena High School, she attended the Conservatory of Music of Kansas City, MO. She later received her B.A. in Music from O.C.U. She taught piano in OKC and was a member of The Ladies Music Club and the Pianist Division. She held many offices over a period of 50 years. We loved her and will miss our mother very much.
