Elsie Ardena Phipps

ELMWOOD, Okla. - Elsie Ardena Phipps, 88, died Wednesday, July 7, 2004.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Sophia Cemetery with Jack Cornell officiating. Arrangements are by Clark Funeral Service.

Mrs. Phipps was born Oct. 18, 1915, in Beaver. She married Richard Clay Phipps on July 18, 1960, in Tijuana, Mexico.

Survivors include a brother, Harry Porter of Lucerne, Calif.; and two sisters, Hazel Blankenship and Elva Higgins of St. Mary's Kan.
