BEAVER, Okla. - Loretta Susie Cummins, 53, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2002.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Clearlake Baptist Church in Clearlake with Wayne Moore officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Clearlake by Clark Funeral Service.

Mrs. Cummins was born May 11, 1948, in Beaver. She married William Ray Cummins on May 30, 1969, in Beaver.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Lance Eliot Cummins of Stockbridge, Ga.; her mother, Leona Bridwell of Beaver; and a grandchild.

The family suggests memorials be to Clearlake Baptist Church, Rt. 2, Box 73, Beaver, OK 73932.
