James Carl Cates

BORGER - James Carl Cates, 94, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2002, in Raton, N.M.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Westlawn Memorial Park with Rex Tiffin officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mr. Cates was born Dec. 17, 1907, in Beaver, Okla. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include a daughter, Noreen Sue Lamb of Raton; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
