Kroeker Cemetery

     The cemetery is 6 miles south and ¼ mile west of Slapout. This cemetery is no longer used. The Kroeker family was proud of its German heritage, so when Peter died, his family buried him on his own farmland. When Peter's daughter-in-law, Mrs. Henry Kroeker, died, she was buried in the family plot. Later two infants were interred in the little cemetery. When the family moved, the plot was enclosed with a fence. A direct descendant provided the information.
