Ephraim Robbins 95th Birthday
Submitted by: Alice Jacobson

Ephraim Robbins
NINETY-FIVE YEARS OLD
Grandpa Robbins, who is probably the oldest man in Alfafa county, celebrated his ninety-fifth birthday last Sunday at the home of his son, John, two miles south of town.
As usual Grandpa was up early and attended church after which, with several of his children and grandchildren they gathered around a table laden with all the good things that had been provided for the occasion. A large birthday cake, baked by his little granddaughter, Darlene Wolfe of Wellington, Kans., adorned the center of the table. Those present to help him celebrate were Levi Robbins, of Wichita, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Wolfe, and daughter of Wellington; Frank Robbins and East Buckley of Lyons; Mr. and Mrs.___Robbins and Mr. and Mrs. John Robbins, Emro and Russell.
All had a delightful time and left wishing Grandpa many more happy birthdays.
