Enid, OK — The funeral for Joyce Ann Stewart, 74, of Fairview, will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2009, at Fairview Nazarene Church. The Rev. Chuck McKinney will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, southwest of Aline. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., Helena. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and following the service at the church.

She was born Sept. 16, 1934, in Fairview to Warren and Gertie Lee Stephens and died Thursday, March 19, 2009, at Fairview Regional Medical Center.

She grew up in Ringwood until her marriage to Leo Kopf. They lived in Southard before moving to Canton. She later married Bill Stewart. They made their home in Fairview.

Surviving are her husband, Bill, of Fairview; two daughters, Doris Kopf Earnest of Fairview, and Shirley Kopf Peterson of Hastings, Minn.; one stepson, Scott Stewart of Pond Creek; two sisters, Viola Gibson of Luther, and Gwenda Kinder of Warr Acres; two brothers, Roger Stephens of Fairview, and Larry Stephens of Canton; four grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by one son, two stepsons, three brothers and two sisters.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the church or cemetery.
