Cheryll Lynn Phipps was born January 3rd, 1958 in Enid OK to Cecil Wayne Phipps and Irene Ann Clow. Cheryll attended Ringwood High School then joined the United States Navy and retired as a Aviation Electronics Technician First Class Petty Officer. After military retirement (March 1999), she worked for Samina, EMS Corporation in Pleasant Prairie, WI, MariAnnes Elder House in McFarland, WI, where she was a network technician and caregiver, her true heart was caregiving. Cheryll loved children, she gladly helped raise the neighbor children and animals, especially her cats.

Cheryll will be sadly missed by son, Joshua Ray Woodbury-Phipps, mother Sarah Woodbury, Orfordville WI, father Cecil (Wayne) Phipps (Wanda), Canadian OK, sister Phyliss Phipps-Norris, Mustang OK, nephews, Jarrod (Rebecca) Norris, Norman OK, Jason (Julie) Norris, Tuttle, OK. great nieces, Baylea, Margaret, great nephews, Dean, Samuel, Maxwell, Aunt, Loretta Clow-Campbell (Steve) Ringwood OK, cousins, family members and friends.

Cheryll was proceeded in death by mother, Irene Ann (Clow) Thomas, sister Gayla Lee Phipps, grandparents Loren K and Virginia (Major) Clow, Uncle John Clow, Aunt Konda Clow.

Graveside Services to celebrate the life of Cheryll Lynn Phipps will be held on Saturday November 3rd 10:30 am at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Aline OK. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your local animal shelter in memory of Cheryll and the love she had for animals.
