BESSIE L. MILLS

The funeral for Bessie L. Mills, 92, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Henninger-Allen Funeral Home, Enid, OK. Chris Finley will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid.

She was born Dec. 21, 1913, in Jet, OK. to Frank M. and Ida Mae Randall DeArmond and died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006, in Oklahoma City, OK.

She graduated from Jet High School in 1931. She married Albert Mills Oct. 21, 1944. She was a longtime member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Jennie Beard, of Edmond, OK.; one son, Jim Mills, of Lamont, OK.; one sister, Norma Marsh, of Cherokee, OK.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother.
