Dorothy A. Preston
The graveside service for Dorothy A. Preston, 82, formerly of Enid, will be noon Saturday at Karoma Cemetery, Goltry. Bill Smith will officiate. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
She was born April 4, 1922, in Laverne to Herbert M. and Elizabeth Smith Wofford and died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, at Grace Living Center, El Reno.
She graduated from Goltry High School in 1939 and and married Wilbert Kelly Preston Dec. 20, 1941, in Enid. She worked as a postal worker in Goltry for several years. He died June 5, 1991.
Surviving is one brother, Elvin Wofford of Mission, Texas.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by six sisters and one brother.
